Russia is a large nation who at first appears to be sweet but his actions can let others view him otherwise. Due his bloodstained history he has become who he is today. He adores Vodka and sunflowers. His primary target of resentment is General Winter, because despite using the cold to his advantage in war, he is also attacked by him every year.
Russia has a kind face, but has mentally cracked from the strain of his bloody history. His mind is like a fine chinese porcelain cup, cracked and chipped away at due the hardships he faced, but the chips never came back and the cracks never dissapeared. That went on until the Russian revolution of 1917, where his mind broke like the porcelain cup, mainly due the masacarce of the Romanov royal family. After that, Soviet leaders had tried to glue the cup back together and they partly suceeded but even today he is still trying to find the pieces that broke off and got lost in the chaos that is his existence.
Despite his brutalities towards others, he truly means well and wants to live with everyone in a warm place surrounded by sunflowers. The other nations are terrified of him, especially the Baltic Trio (Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia). Not all nations are afraid of him but they do not show it often when they are accopanied by their own friends.
He also has two sisters: his older sister is Ukraine who is kind but easily upset but he does not mean to upset her. And his younger sister Belarus, who is beautiful but terrifying. Not always because she can have her nice moments but with how possesivly clingy she can act towards him sometimes, those moments scare him.
He becomes gloomy and depressed when other nations say they are his friends but when he can pick up that they are just lying to his face. He does not like people lying to him at all. He is often seen carrying a water faucet pipe.
A few of the things he really likes to do are playing the violon, exspecially the bass voilin and dancing. Dancing the cossack for example or ballet. he is really good at that too. But he is afraid others will laugh at him if they know so only a select few know he dances Ballet. (As in his sisters only know)

Just another ordinary day at work for Alfred, nothing too much had really happen for him to call exciting. The only thing new was a russian intern that had joined his prison. uh I guess Ivan was his name, the cause for being there ? Unknown. But Alfred was right about to know.
The american was wandering around the prison with his shotgun on his hands, sometimes casually glancing over some prisoners that were staring at him as he passed by.
When he finally reached Ivan's jail, Al first glanced inside so he could see where the russian was and what he was doing. When he spotted him on a corner, he rested his shotgun on his shoulder, the other hand gripping a cell bar "..soo..uh hey" he said as he tilted a bit his head to the side so he could look better at Ivan between the space of the bars "Im Alfred, Im the one who is gonna take care of you. For well ya know. See if you behave and all that stuff"

Ivan huffed and crossed his arms. He was sitting in here since yesterday evening, having arrived the day before. But the officers couldn't help but kick or hit him when he wasn't going fast enough. A black eye was proof of that.
He glowered at the other, glaring his amethyst eyes at him. "Have you come to have more fun?" He asked, unhappy being here. "I am innocent. I shouldn't be here." He glanced away with an huff.

Alfred rose a brow at him, a little grin settled on his lips when he told him that he was innocent. Oh he have already heard that a lot. "haha yeeah sure, dude ! Until someone proves that, you have to learn how to live here, okay ?" he winked in a goofy away, almost like teasing Ivan when he told him that "but for what exactly you are here ?"
He huffed and looked away. "Why are you taunting me?! That is not fair." he snapped. "I am not going to tell you why I am here, idiot." He added, glaring at him. "I hate you already." He said, meaning it. "Just get me out."
